語源
「antisociality」は英語に由来し、接頭辞「anti-」（ギリシャ語 'antí'、意味は「反対」）と名詞「sociality」（ラテン語 'socialis'、意味は「交わり・結びつき」）から成る。
「antisociality」は接頭辞と名詞の結合から生じた語で、ラテン語 'sociālis' が古フランス語・中英語の 'social' を経て英語の 'sociality' になり、そこに 'anti-' が付いて現代英語の『antisociality』になった。
