語源
「antireality」は接頭辞「anti-」（「反対」）と「reality」から作られた現代英語の造語。「anti-」は最終的にギリシャ語の「anti（反対）」に由来し、「reality」はラテン語の「res／realis（物、物事に関する）」から古フランス語・中英語を経ている。
