語源
『restoration』はラテン語の『restauratio』に由来し、『re-』は「再び」を意味し、『restaurare』は「再生する・修復する」を意味した。
『restoration』は古フランス語の『restauration』を経て中英語の『restauracioun』になり、最終的に現代英語の『restoration』になった。
