語源
「crawler」は英語に由来し、動詞「crawl」＋動作者を表す接尾辞「-er」からできた語です。
「crawl」は中英語に "crawlen" のような形で現れ、そこに "-er" が付いて『はい回る者』を意味する "crawler" が生まれました。歴史的に中英語から使われています。
