語源
「Europeanization」は現代英語に由来し、形容詞'European'に動詞化接尾辞'-ize'と名詞化接尾辞'-ation'が付いた語。'European'は' Europe'（ギリシャ語'Eurōpē'→ラテン語'Europa'→古フランス語' Europe'）に由来する。
